This set is housed in an adaptation of our Arigato Pak! disc jacket, customized to hold 10 discs with liner notes. Each box is letterpress printed with transparent ink on black stock, and machine numbered in an edition of 500 pieces. More information can be found at www.blossomingnoise.com.

Custom Limited edition DVD package for Copenhagen’s Efterklang. Constructed using beefy 130# cover stock with 120# cover pocket and 120# cover inserts, with 80# text 36 page booklet. It’s got heft. Nan Na Hvass of Hvass&Hannibal did the graphic design and color preparation, all of which was custom tweaked and tested. The die-line is similar to our "Phillip’s Favorite" DVD case, but with some changes in pocket arrangements and the addition of round corners. The completed piece has a depth and weight that creates an elegant and handsome package.

This release is a repress of two previous albums (circa 1995) with a bonus disc containing recordings from four 7" singles. The print is 2 color offset litho on a doublethick felt paper, with Phillip's Favorite style pockets for each disc. The final package contains an obi spine strip and protective poly wrap.

Pantone colors were custom mixed to create a bit more opacity on our chipboard stock, and the sleeves were cut in small batches for accuracy.
Pisaopen1.png
Project: Leaning Pisa Custom Candy Container
Client: d.Sharp

Process: Offset
Inks: 1/1 (Pantone Ink)
Paper: Environment Natural White

D. Sharp is masterful at creating unique structures out of paper. While she usually constructs her pieces using vintage sheet music pages, in this case we reproduced a score on cover weight paper. The resulting design was a challenge for the steel rule die makers, but they pulled off even the tiny details. We delivered cut sheets, which the customer then assembled and added embellishments to. The top comes off to reveal a small container inside, a perfect place to store candy or other sweet surprises! See more of Denise Sharp's creations at www.studiodsharp.com
Albert-Ayler-Custom-Band.png
Project: Albert Ayler Box Set, Band
Design: Noel Waggener Design
Client: Revenent Records

Process: Offset
Inks: 2/0

Revenant Records gracefully coordinates designers and printers all over the country to create outstanding custom packaging. We can only take credit for printing the bands that wrap this box, but we are certainly proud of our contribution.

Client: Arena Rock Recording Company

Process: Offset
Inks: 1/0 (Pantone Ink)
